Upward Delegation

 

 

For strategic reasons some tasks shouldn't be delegated downwards. By incessant pointing out vague but plausible risks to your superior, you'll keep him in a constant state of high alert. Use his narrowed state of mind by suggesting solutions that obviously are on his level of competence and responsibility, making him do the job.
