Take me out to lunch, drink fine wine with me. Dress trendy and be polite. Always be gentle except when asked to be rude. Read my mind and always sense what I need. Open doors for me and pull back my chair. Compliment me on my work, be stimulating and inspiring. Rub my back without wanting sex all the time. Put my needs before yours. Don't be sarcastic because I have 16 pairs of shoes. Don't argue with me when I'm wrong. Always do the cooking but never forget it's my kitchen. Admire my safe driving. Finally admit my purse is a true survival-kit. Gossip with me. Be emotional without really crying. Be supportive and caring about the real me. Just be a little more intuitive but never do anything rash. Don't be so damned selfish all the time, ok?

I mean, really, is that so much to ask in exchange for a raise?
