It seems pretty attractive to let them manage themselves, only allowed to call you for advise (your standard text-line being: "Uh, well, uh, what do you, uh, think yourself, uh?"). But it's only shortterm bliss, in the end you'll have to clean up the mess they've made. (For example: picture a mess similar to that you'll find in the monkeyhouse in your local zoo after budgetcuts in the attendants-staff.....ouch!!)
