When you are aware (because
of your conscious and meticulous self-created image) that most
people think you're tough, stiff and sturdy (even though you like
to think of these skills to be direct, transparant and consistent)
don't expect them to love and admire you. Nobody likes a person
who puts the finger on the spot all the time even though everybody
secretly knows they are indispensable. So never compete for leadership
in a process where a democratic vote decides who wins because
your nice, fluffy and rosey-pink cheecked opponent (who's never
being caught having an opinion concerning an issue of some importance)
will always prevail. Being right doesn't mean you're always put
in the right, no matter how much you think you deserve to be.
