Sitting around in a circle,
waiting for somebody to launch an idea, voluntary talking about
it with whomever is interested, is one of the dumbest things you
can do.
Picture this:
A circle, you in it with
all of them and one of them finds it 'really interesting' to talk
about your managementskills. And then what? The Law of the Two
Feet allows you to go golfing but can you imagine leaving that
anarchistic bunch unattended whilst discussing your added value
to the company? Staying put and joining the discussion? Pure suicide!
Never get involved in
any such neo-modern bullshit. If they want to discuss anything
they can go home to their wives / husbands and if they want to
launch any fresh (and unexecutable) ideas they can put them on
paper and put them in the 'Idea-box' down the hall.
The Law of the Middlefinger
allows you to go golfing anyway!
