Others seem convinced of the fact that they are allowed their own opinions, no matter how short-sighted and dense these opinions usually are. Exercizing their so called "democratic" right, intervering with your Stalinistic guidance, will have a disastrous effect on your golfing practice. So present your policy simultaneously with its worst alternatives. Everybody will choose (out of their own free will) for the best of the worst, your plan, while at the same time having the idea that they really had a oppurtunity to participate.
