Getting rid of superfluous staff with oversized pay-checks may seem a sensible thing to do. But every pound on the hips came past the lips! Calling them superfluous says a lot about you and your appiontmentpolicy. And anyway, who can blame them for doing something (nothing, and very well paid) only a few can get away with........., right?
