Do absolutely nothing when a problem occurs. Just sit down together with them, maybe talk about it, break some bread, sip some red wine, organize a few multi-person worship sessions but never take any kind of action. In time (and / or God willing) the problem will be solved….(for extra effect use a lot of biblical quotes from the Old Testament).
