Headhunted only yesterday,
already today you start implementing your unproven organisational
scheme without any knowledge of the company, history, products
or markets. You kick out all senior management and worldwide representatives
and install complete novices. In the meantime you ignore declining
order-intake because you are too busy turning the company round.
Confronted with the decreasing orders you blame the omnipresent
resistance you meet, wich off course doesn't makes you mad; you,
being a seasoned change-manager, has seen it all before. It only
makes you sad, very, very sad ......
