You can't always say what you want, and certainly not the way you want to say it. Instead of frustrating yourself you should translate your foul language in acceptable words; when used enough, these words will give you the same satisfaction as the original words did.

For example:

If you say: "It's really fascinating" you mean: "It's completely insane"

If you say: "That's quite interesting" you mean: "That's utterly retarded"

If you say: "You puzzle me with your remarks" you mean: "I want to puke in your ugly face, kick you in your balls and rip your guts out through your arse!"
