By often emphasizing
that true knowledge is found at the bottom of the organisation
and by repeatedly saying how much you can learn from them, you
achieve the status of bottom-up manager (they, The People At The
Bottom, seem to like that a lot). It also helps keeping The People
At The Bottom (the quantitative majority) precisely on the place
where they belong instead of revolting against the likes of you
(the quantitative minority).
