A truly magnificent managementtool,
the BSC is suppose to help you streamline your company annual
efforts to make a shitty profit. It gives you the answer to: What
is being done with what result, when and by whom? The only thing
you should to with it is to use it at the end of the year to 'score'
the scapegoates and blame them for being over-ambitious and non-realistic
(or lazy, incompetent and ugly). Make sure that the unattainable
targets are linked to those you want to see burned.
